Go to Virtualbox > Proxmox VM > Settings > Network > Adapter 1 Attached to Bridged Adapter > Advanced > Promiscuous Mode > Allow All.

Setup guest in Proxmox with static IP:

Gateway is IP of Proxmox VM itself.

DHCP should work also.
