{{tag>windows install}} ====== Windows installation Load driver message ====== If you encounter this message when trying to boot from a USB with Windows ISO it is most likely an issue with how the Windows ISO exists on USB drive. Also first check the BIOS. Newer laptops usually have some kind of software raid ON which Windows can't recognize, so you will need to switch this to AHCI mode and rerun the installation. {{:wiki:screenshots:select-the-driver-to-be-installed-error.jpg?600|}} Using [[https://www.ventoy.net/en/index.html|ventoy]] did not work. Try using [[https://www.pendrivelinux.com/yumi-multiboot-usb-creator/|Yumi]]. Scroll down and select appropriate version. For Windows ISO //Win10_22H2_EnglishInternational_x64.iso// image download YUMI exFAT. You will need Windows running in some VM to go throught the install process.
