Create custom emblem in Thunar
1. Add png or svg to theme's emblem folder
2. Run gtk-update-icon-cache on theme directory i.e. if you are inside the themes directory which contains index.theme and emblems folder simply run
gtk-update-icon-cache .

- Xubuntu 18.04.4
- xfce 4.12.2
